Cape Build is a South West building company specialising in custom decks, pergolas, alfresco areas, privacy screening and complete outdoor living spaces. Based in Dunsborough, we work with homeowners throughout Busselton, Yallingup, Eagle Bay, Cowaramup, Margaret River and the surrounding South West.

Cape Build was established with a simple objective, to build better. Led by a qualified carpenter and registered builder with more than 15 years of industry experience, we create outdoor spaces that are practical, well considered and designed to feel like a natural extension of the home.

Our work includes timber decking, composite decking, pergolas, patios, screening and integrated outdoor entertaining areas. Each project is carefully planned around the way the space will be used, the character of the existing home and the demands of the South West climate. The aim is not simply to add an outdoor structure, but to create a space that looks right, works properly and stands the test of time.
